About the Foundation

The Gideon Nwankwo Foundation is an independent youth based non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of young people across Africa and beyond through training and mentoring young people in schools, colleges and orphanage homes on key issues such as purpose discovery, creativity management, talent development, excellent leadership qualities, good inter-personal relationship skills, ethical codes and godly character development. The foundation was established in 2017 by Mr. Gideon Nwankwo in pursuit of his passion for humanity healing and a godly generation of youngsters.

Our Mission

The Gideon Nwankwo Foundation is committed to raising a godly generation of young people who shall become agents of social, political, economic and religious transformations in Africa and beyond. Our mission is clearly captured in Isaiah 58:12 “And they that shall be of thee, shall raise the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundation of many generations; and thou shalt be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in.”

Our Vision

A world where young people are purpose driven, God-fearing and peace-loving. Our programs shall inspire young people to turn to their agility into productivity and reject social vices and violence.

The Main Goals of the Foundation

• Train and mentor young people in schools and colleges of higher learning through regular outreaches, publication of periodicals and donation of inspirational books, bibles, audiovisuals, clothes, food items and other necessary materials.
• Inspire young people to make their life count through organizing and funding youth conferences, camps meetings, workshops and training programs.
• Publish weekly articles that will focus on principles for effective living.
• Organize annual essay contest for young people (15 – 25 years) as a means of sustaining the culture of creative writing among young people.
• Provide Scholarship grants to indigent students who have demonstrated passion for humanity healing and social reconstruction.
